Hi, my name is Mark Collins.

From growing up and working on my family farm in Ireland, I have developed a strong passion for agriculture. I am the 3rd generation of my family to be working our farm in county Tipperary.

As people become more concerned about where their food comes from, it is vitality important that the right information is at their fingertips. Through my Instagram account and YouTube channel, I show the day-to-day running of our spring calving, grass based dairy farm and how we work hard to continuously improve our business in-line with our focus on Social, Economic and Environmental Sustainability.
